Monday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Wednesday, 2 - 4 p.m.
LTC / FID Permits
LTC/FID application must be done in person.
Anyone renewing a license should plan on coming in 3-6 months prior to the expiration of the license.
$100.00 cash or check
If renewing, bring your old FID/LTC card
No handwritten application is needed Ė itís all computerized.
New LTC applicants must have a copy of their Handgun Safety course certificate.
New FID Applicants must have a copy of their Basic Hunter Safety course card.
Evening appointments are avaliable Tuesday or Wednesday after 7 pm and on Thursday between 10 am and Noon with Lieutenant Landine Ė please call (413) 477-6708 or KLandine@townofhardwick.com to schedule with him.
Daytime walk-inís are welcome during the Police Clerkís hours listed above. Starting April 1, 2014 appointments will be needed for all applicants; no walk-ins will be allowed.
Any LTC/FID questions should be posed to Lieutenant Landine.
If you are involved in a motor vehicle crash, you must report it to the police department immediately and you must submit an accident report to the Police Department and the Registry of Motor Vehicles within five days. Mail or Deliver one copy to the local police department in the city or
town where the crash occurred. Mail one copy to your insurance agency.
