Part-Time Laborer Recycling Center

The Hardwick Board of Selectmen is seeking qualified applicants to fill a part-time laborer position at the Recycling Center. The salary for this position is $10.00 per hour. Hours are Wednesday 9 - 11 a.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Water Pollution Control Facilities Superintendent

The Town of Hardwick is seeking a Superintendent for the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facilities.  The Superintendent will be responsible for all operations and maintenance activities related to the town’s two wastewater treatment facilities.  The Superintendent  will work under the direction of a three member Board of Sewer Commissioners and will be responsible for all regulatory compliance, sampling, reporting, budgeting, and purchasing as well as alternating weekend coverage.  The position requires a high school diploma, a MA grade 4M wastewater treatment plant operator’s license or higher is required, a valid driver’s license and at least three years of supervisory experience.
